| Arrival & Departure Times |
| Guests are welcome to check in from 3PM - 6PM. Check out time is 12 noon. If your arrival will be beyond 6PM, please phone ahead and let us know so that we will be prepared fo your arrival. |

| Deposit Information |
| We require payment for one nights stay in advance to hold your reservation. We accept MC, Visa, Discover, Am Ex, Cash or Check. |

| Cancellation Policy |
All cancellations must be made 10 days prior to your reservation date to receive a refund. If we are able to re-rent your room, we will gladly return your deposit minus 10% service charge.

| Children and pets |
| I am sorry we cannot accommodate children. We do accept children when the whole property is reserved for special occasions. |
| |
| Smoking |
Smoking is not permitted in your room, but each room has their own deck where you are welcome to smoke, and enjoy the view of nature.
There will be a $250.00 clean up charge, if any signs of smoking are found in your room. |
