Arrival & Departure Times
Guests are welcome to check in from 3PM - 6PM. Check out time is 12 noon. If
your arrival will be beyond 6PM, please phone ahead and let us know so that we
will be prepared fo your arrival.

Deposit Information
We require payment for one nights stay in advance to hold your reservation. We
accept MC, Visa, Discover, Am Ex, Cash or Check.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made 10 days prior to your reservation date to
receive a refund. If we are able to re-rent your room, we will gladly return
your deposit minus 10% service charge.

Children and pets
I am sorry we cannot accommodate children or pets. We do accept children when
the whole property is reserved for special occasions.
We have dogs of our own on the premise, and find it is too disruptive to them
and the guest, when other pets come to visit.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in your room, but each room has their own deck where
you are welcome to smoke, and enjoy the view of nature.
There will be a $250.00 clean up charge, if any signs of smoking are found in
your room.
